Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of WhatsUpp, a messaging and calling service made by PhoTech. By using WhatsUpp you agree to them.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country).
• Register with your own phone number and keep your phone and linked devices secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

Don't use WhatsUpp to:

• send spam, bulk or automated messages, or messages people didn't ask for;
• harass, threaten, bully or impersonate anyone;
• share illegal content, content that exploits or harms children, or content that promotes violence or hate;
• scam people, spread malware, or try to access accounts or data that aren't yours;
• interfere with, reverse-engineer or overload our service.

Reports and enforcement

Anyone can report a contact, group or message in the app. When you report, the last 5 messages of that chat are sent to us for review (see the Privacy Policy). We may limit, suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, and we may report illegal content to the authorities where required.

Your content

You own what you send. You give us only the limited permission needed to deliver, store and back it up to provide the service.

Service changes

We may add, change or stop features. We'll try to give notice of important changes in the app.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (You → Delete account) or at whatsupp.in/delete-account.

Disclaimers

WhatsUpp is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content sent by other users.
