In the app (fastest)
- Open WhatsUpp on your phone.
- Tap You → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
On this page (without the app)
We'll send a code by SMS to prove the number is yours, then delete the account immediately.
Account deleted
Your WhatsUpp account has been deleted and all your devices have been logged out.
What is deleted
- Your profile (name, About, profile photo)
- Privacy settings and blocked contacts
- Your chat backup and its key
- Messages waiting to be delivered to you
- All your devices are logged out, and your number is freed
What may remain
- Messages you already sent stay on the recipients' devices, like any messenger.
- Limited security logs are kept up to 90 days to prevent abuse, then deleted.
- Reports you made or that were made about you may be kept as long as needed to keep WhatsUpp safe.
